Modimolle Tourism Accommodation  and Conference Facilitation had a very humble start as a Section 21 company with the name Modimolle Info and Tourism. It was first housed in a Wendy house under the trees next to the Braksloot, in Modimolle's main street. After running for three years the company was converted to a Closed Corporation owned by Retha Weir.
With two new parners, Nakkie van der Merwe and Yvonne Fourie, on board the company moved in its current offices at 11 Nelson Mandela Street (at the Caltex Garage), at the first robot on the right hand side of the main road, as you enter the town of Modimolle (formerly Nylstroom) from the N1 side.
Modimolle Tourism Accommodation is also running the Waterberg Friends, an informal networking opportunity for local business and tourism product owners.
Modimolle Tourism Accommodation and Conference Facilitation is a member of the Waterberg Sakekamer (Chamber of Commerce) and actively participate in their meetings and efforts to enhance business opportunities in this area as well as improve communication and corporation between these sectors.
